Greek Mashed Potatoes

Greek mashed potatoes

Ingredients:

  • Red baby potatoes - 900 g
  • Feta cheese (crumbled) - 450 g
  • Butter - 80 g
  • Milk - 0.75 cup
  • Fresh dill (chopped) - 0.25 cup
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 0.25 cup
  • Green onion (chopped) - 0.25 cup
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh oregano (to taste)

Instructions:

Cook the Potatoes: 

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain well. 

Mash the Potatoes: 

In the same pot, mash the potatoes with a fork, leaving some texture. Add the butter and milk, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add Cheese and Herbs: 

Stir in the crumbled feta, dill, parsley, green onion, and oregano. Mix until everything is well combined.

Serve: 

Serve the Greek mashed potatoes as a side dish.
