Veal Chulama (Stew in White Sauce)

Ingredients:

  • Veal: 805 g
  • Carrot: 75 g
  • Parsley root: 50 g
  • Butter: 50 g
  • Flour: 15 g
  • Salt: 15 g
  • Fresh mushrooms: 365 g
  • Sour cream: 150 g

5 Serving

Instructions:

  1. Cut the veal into small pieces, cover with water, bring to a boil, add salt, root vegetables, and onion, and cook until tender.
  2. Prepare a sour cream sauce with onions and pour it over the meat after removing the root vegetables and onions.
  3. Heat thoroughly and serve. Serve with sautéed mushrooms as a side dish.
