Ingredients:
- Veal: 805 g
- Carrot: 75 g
- Parsley root: 50 g
- Butter: 50 g
- Flour: 15 g
- Salt: 15 g
- Fresh mushrooms: 365 g
- Sour cream: 150 g

Instructions:
- Cut the veal into small pieces, cover with water, bring to a boil, add salt, root vegetables, and onion, and cook until tender.
- Prepare a sour cream sauce with onions and pour it over the meat after removing the root vegetables and onions.
- Heat thoroughly and serve. Serve with sautéed mushrooms as a side dish.
